We've been talking about summer for 3 months now, and guess what? It's just two weeks away now. Ladies, it's time to get serious about our bodies! We've all got some work to do. Here's the plan to lose weight and tighten up your body in just two weeks.

2. Detoxifying is Goodness

Detoxing is a great way to get rid of all the bad things you've accumulated over the year. It's a fresh new start for your body that can help you look and feel healthier all around! This doesn't mean you have to go on an all-juice cleanse. You can eat fresh, whole foods with detox properties and stick to an elimination diet - drop the caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and bloating foods.

3. Exercise is Key

Although food is huge part of weight loss, exercise may be all you need to lose a couple pounds. Physical activity 30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week can provide amazing results!

4. Kickstart Your Metabolism

Your body burns calories throughout the day even when you're not doing anything. You can increase the calories your body burns while it's resting by increasing your metabolism. Try drinking a glass of ice cold water immediately after waking up and eating a big, healthy breakfast.
